Dance class

Joining a Dance class will provide you with an understanding of the space around you as well as exercising all the body with ease, understanding your coordination processĀ  and working towards building more energy through stamina and natural rhythm.

Dance is becoming a more popular way of keeping fit for adults, releasing feel good endorphins and all to music, you won’t notice how the time flies.

So if you are an ex- dancer or a complete beginner wanting to find your feet, come and join one of our Adult Ballet classes or a lyrical jazz class.

All classes incorporate stretching and strengthening dance exercises, a short routine and a little of your personal expression for fun.
